Yes. When purchasing a plot, ownership will be transferred to you through the legal process and documented accordingly.
Any buildings, structures or changes of use may require planning permission and other approvals. Each site will have its own restrictions and opportunities, which will be clearly explained before purchase however most land will be designated as agricultural land.
Plot sizes will vary depending on the project. We aim to offer a range of plot sizes to suit different budgets and objectives.
In most cases, landowners are free to sell their plot in the future, subject to any legal restrictions that may apply to a particular site.

Who Are We?
I’m Matt Unsworth, the founder of nature positive web hosting and design brand Reforest Hosting and one of the founders of the nature non profit Project Wildling.
As part of my journey in using business for conservation and responsible land ownership I have quickly discovered that when looking to purchase smaller plots of land you are often paying massive premiums at around £30,000 per acre in our area.
As such I’ve decided to support those who wish to be responsible land owners but cannot justify spending large sums of money on smaller plots of land. This is where Reforest Land come in. We will buy larger parcels of land and subdivide based on the interest and budgets of those who have registered their interest through this site.
